My daughter went here on November 15th.She wanted to darken her hair.One process was all it required. However, my 17 year old daughter left there entered the car and started to cry. This is my first time ever writing a negative review. I can not believe that the salon said it looks good. The brassy highlights were allll still there along with the roots of growth showing as well. Long story , but I will cut to the happier part where I ultimately went to Walgreens and bought her hair color and iiiiiiiiiii did the job!!!!!!!!! And yes I could have done it sooner but after the way she came out of the hair salon I had nothing to loose. She was a Happy girl !!!!!!! I could have saved myself $160.00 😬live and learn.
